A TSA Introductory Meditation
For this assignment you will need to make three lists. Take some time with your lists and focus on items you have an emotional attachment to – things that will give you a real sense of satisfaction…
STEP 2…Make a list of 10 or more things you are thankful for today. It could be as simple as appreciation for a beautiful day and a delicious breakfast and it could be excited anticipation for something in the day ahead. Look for new things to be appreciative for each day. Feel the “appreciation” and send your “thanks” out to the world around you.
STEP 3…List 5 or more things you are going to accomplish in the day ahead.
STEP 4…List anything you would like your personal Genie to guide you to achieve today. *
For both steps (but mostly #3) don’t concern yourself with the “how”, just focus on a vision of achieving the goal. Your job is to work on letting you inspiration guide you and “feeling” the feeling you will have when they are complete. If you stay focused as much as possible on “now” moments, instead of dwelling on past mistakes or possible unsatisfactory futures, you will be alert to the apparent coincidences that can lead you to your goal often in unexpected ways.
