Working in the U.S. to Help the World’s Children

UNICEF USA supports UNICEF’s work, and other efforts in support of the world’s children, through fundraising, advocacy and education in the United States.

We work with governments, civic leaders, celebrities, corporations, campus groups, churches, teachers and people just like you; anyone willing to help us advocate for the survival and well-being of every child.

Here, for your listening pleasure, is a fund-raising radio broadcast done some years back.

Save Children from Famine

“Time is running out,” says UNICEF Executive Director Anthony Lake. War, poverty and drought have placed more than 2.5 million children at imminent risk of death as the threat of starvation looms in Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan, Yemen and 9 other countries across Africa and the Middle East.

We can save these children’s lives, but urgent action is needed. UNICEF is on the ground in each of these countries providing badly-needed nutrition and clean, safe water. Donate to help UNICEF aid reach the children who desperately need help now.

Help Save Children’s Lives

All children deserve to live safe and healthy lives. Make a 100% tax-deductible donation today to give the world’s most vulnerable children the nutrition, water and medical supplies they desperately need.
